Hazard Insurance

This API performs basic maintenance functions (read, add, update, and delete) for hazard insurance policy information for a specified loan. This API will also support ancillary activities, such as requesting forced coverage and setting a Substitution Flag to enable data entry in selected fields. Outsourcers can update hazard insurance policy information, coverage tracking, forced placement research, refund check and lost draft processing, and resolve customer service issues.
