Paid In Full Tracking

Enables the user to Read, Update or Delete today's maintenance for Paid in Full Tracking information for a specified loan. Allows calling applications to review the progress of the post payoff procedures for individual loans and update tracking date fields. The PIF tracking record has eight sets of user-defined dates. Each set contains a scheduled date and an actual date plus fields for the system-generated dates for escrow refunds and documents requested. The file also contains three fifty character free-form comment lines for each loan.
