SEC Rule 13f-1 requires institutional investment managers subject to the rule to file Form 13F quarterly with the SEC, disclosing positions in Section 13(f) securities that reached certain thresholds.  The SEC publishes a list of Section 13(f) securities each quarter.  The ICE Form13F data service provides data on the securities included in the official list in order to assist clients in preparing their Form 13F filing.
