The SEC publishes a list of Section 13(f) securities each quarter in PDF format. ICE's service provides the list of 13(f) securities to clients in CSV or XML format, translating the SEC's PDF list of 13(f) securities into a convenient feed format that is easily consumed into client systems.
The ICE 13(f) service file includes pertinent information on the securities included on the list in order for clients to analyze their own positions. This includes the current market value of each security as of the last trading day of each month in order to assist clients in determining whether the $100 million filing threshold has been met.

ICE’s Form 13F data service provides data on securities included on the SEC’s most recent official list of Section13(f) securities. The service includes the following data items for such securities to aid institutional investment managers in preparing their Form 13F quarterly reports required by the SEC.
- Official CUSIP Identifier
- Issuer Description
- Issue Description (e.g. asset type: common stock, put/call option, etc)
- Latest Price/Evaluation (for the determination of fair market value of a security)
- An options flag to identify securities that have listed options
The Form 13F data service is available each quarter on the day after the SEC’s list publication.
