Loss Mitigation

This API enables you to add, read, and update records from the Loss Mitigation functional area. This API also enables you to read, add, and update information pertaining to details associated with a workout option. The update operation will allow for changes or deletions to any of the last five existing workout records in a single request. The API also enables clients to read, add, and update HUD Partial Claim information for loans not active in Loss Mitigation using Cust Service HUD Partial Claim Read and Update operations. The new Tracking History Detail Read operation enables you to read the summary and details for status changes, document entries and loan schedule changes. This requires IP 2860.
