Property Valuation

This API enables you to read and update property appraisal and CMA/BPO related information. This includes all original and current property value information for use in foreclosure, loss mitigation workouts, bankruptcy, REO, mortgage insurance, and other servicing activities related to a property's value. The API also provides the ability to read and update MARK/APPR for loans that are not active in a default workstation.
