The Malta Stock Exchange (Borża ta' Malta) was established in 1992, and is fully owned by the Maltese Government. It trades corporate bonds and equity, and Maltese Government bonds and treasury bills on the secondary market and provides a pivotal role in Malta’s financial services sector.
Matba Rofex
Matba Rofex is a futures and options exchange located in Argentina. It was formed in 2019 through the merger of two major exchanges, the Mercado a Término de Buenos Aires S.A. and the ROFEX S.A. The exchange provides a derivates market for agricultural commodities, financial instruments, metals, and energy.

The Bolsa Mexicana de Valores (BMV), also known as the Mexico Stock Exchange, was established in 1886 as the Mexican Mercantile Exchange before it became the BMV in 1975. The BMV is the second largest stock exchange in Latin America with a total market capitalization of over $530 billion (USD).
MIAX
MIAX Futures Exchange, formerly known as the Minneapolis Grain Exchange (MGEX), was founded in 1881. The exchange began trading futures on Hard Red Spring Wheat (HRSW), which continues to trade today. In 2020 Miami International Holdings (MIH) acquired full ownership of MGEX which was then rebranded to MIAX in 2024.
