Purpose
Data Point creates a specific symbol and data field at a specific time within a single spreadsheet cell. Any output from the Quote Table or Time Series features can be created into this single cell. Data Point enables information for:
| Index values going back in time | For example, 5 days ago, 10 minutes ago, etc… |
| Values from specific points of time | For example, on 11 April 2025 |
| Live data | Returns the current information for a specific available data field |
| Meta Data | Need Example |
Data Point also supports cell referencing, concatenation strings, as well as all excel formulas and syntax.
